Too Many Cooks!
Too Many Cooks! is a monthly series focused on the art of the table. Held on the second Sunday of every month (except our April 2014 event!), the event features an expert, foodie, restauranteur, or enthusiast who talks about his or her (and sometimes their) passion for food. Some months, you can learn a new cooking skill like making sushi or working with chocolate. Other months, you can engage in a tasting of a specific ingredient like wine, coffee, salt, or mustard. This event is a chance to embrace culinary skills as an art form, and to learn from various experts in the field.
This month we'll be featuring chef Donte Allen from the good folks at The Table. Come to The Goose, Sunday April 27th, from 1-3 and hear Donte regale us with stories from behind kitchen doors and gustatory delights! There will be pickled vegetables of all sorts and he'll be walking us through Chicken Liver Pate!
Too Many Cooks receives many of the ingredients used in our cooking demonstrations from our event sponsor, Green BEAN Delivery.
