Kids @ WGC
Wild Goose Creative is proud to host classes and other opportunities for learners and creative people of all ages. At present, we host creative time for preschoolers, a storytelling class for elementary students, and classes created by the great minds of Columbus Artmobile.
Columbus Artmobile's wandering troubadors bring art instruction and supplies to local students, from kindergarten through age 18. Check here for listings and how to to register.
Starting Monday October 29, we will offer hands-on art workshops for preschoolers (ages 3-6) and their grownups. This six week program offers a series of two-day workshops that provide the opportunity to make art at a variety of sensory art stations; each station explores a common theme. Each art station will feature a different art making medium, from finger painting and drawing to felting and collage and much more! Our primary goal is to provide a safe, fun and creative space for young children and their families to create and learn together. The workshops are held Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00am to 11:30am over the course of six weeks, which are divided into three two-week thematic "units": The Alphabet, Food, and Animals. Each unit is $25, and you register for two consecutive Mondays or two consecutive Tuesdays. The Alphabet unit is offered October 29 + November 5, and October 30 + November 6; the Food unit is offered November 12 + 19 and November 13 + 20; and the Animals unit is offered November 26 + December 3 and November 27 + December 4. You may register for one, two, or all three workshop units at the following links: The Alphabet (Mondays) The Alphabet (Tuesdays) Food (Mondays) Food (Tuesdays) Animals (Mondays) Animals (Tuesdays)
