SPACE RENTAL
Wild Goose Creative’s event and performance space is 1400 square feet divided into the main event room, kitchenette, bathroom, and storage area. The space is available for individuals and organizations to rent during the times we are not holding our regularly scheduled events or sponsored events.

Amenities:
Kitchen
•Our kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, sink, full-size electric oven with 4 burners, and 6 feet of counter space.
•Basic serving dishes, including 4 large trays, 4 large bowls and serving trays
•Our Coffee and Tea set up, 2 french presses, 2 36-cup warmers, and a water cooler with hot water output.
Stage
•We have a semi-permanent 12’ x 10’ stage at the front of the space that is 18” high with a front step. This may be used for concerts, performances, or a dining/eating area.
•The stage is built in 6: 3’ x 6’ sections and is movable. If you are interested in using it in another configuration (such as a runway/catwalk, risers, or elsewhere in the space), please let us know ahead of time.
Furniture
•70 stackable chairs
•4: 6’ banquet tables
•8: 6’ round tables
•2: 6’ x 3’ craft tables at standing-height
•1 tall cabaret table and 2 tall chairs
•1 small round table and 4 chairs
Lighting (BY SPECIAL REQUEST)
•We have 3 positions on the ceiling for hanging up to 8 instruments and one lighting tree with a four channel dimmer and light board. We have an inventory of Fresnel’s and ERS’s.
•We request that a knowledgeable lighting tech be present to handle the equipment. You may hire our tech or use your own.
Sound (BY SPECIAL REQUEST)
•We request that a knowledgeable sound tech be present to handle the equipment. You may hire our tech or use your own.

Rates
The minimum rental is three hours, including set-up, tear-down and clean-up of space.
•3-hours: $75
•each additional hour: $15
Extras
•Space set-up and tear-down - $50/night
•Sound system/tech - $100/night

Rental Does NOT Include
•Music source (computer, iPod, CD player)
•Use of the storage area
•Clean-up of space, please leave the space exactly as you have found it
•Removal of the art gallery or art pieces
•Set up of stage lighting or sound equipment (unless a tech is hired)
