In August, we welcome local singer/songwriter, Matt Beckler, whose genre defying music has appeared everywhere from indie films to hit TV shows such as One Tree Hill, Felicity, Smallville, and Alias. Drawing inspiration from variety of sources—Dylan, the delta blues, ambient noise—Matt will blend his, unmistakable voice, captivating stage presence, and tour de force songwriting into a night of honest, contemplative,and uniquely crafted songs. In true Third Thursday fashion he'll also be sharing some of his story and answering any and all questions about his life in music.
